These terms and conditions apply to the use and participation in the My Photo Rewards program provided by Mr Travel Planner. The name "Evan's Photo Center" may be used to reference the photo services provided by Mr Travel Planner. Evan's Photo Center is not a standalone business at this time. All photo rewards orders must be placed separately from paid prints orders.

Shipping Policy:

Photo reward orders will be shipped within 10-15 business days from the date the order is received, however during holiday times and summer seasons, shipments may be delayed. Shipping is free within the United States, excluding HI, CA, WA, and HI. This policy is due to travel agency registration and regulatory requirements in those states. No substitute can be offered for residents of California, even though limited travel agency services are offered by Mr Travel Planner in the state in accordance with California regulations.

Privacy Policy:

Photos submitted to us by email at evan@evanprints.com, evan@mrtravelplanner.com or by text, will be deleted within 30 days of your order.

Promotion Policy:

My Photo Rewards may be discontinued by Mr Travel Planner at any time, and without notice. Up to 8 certificates/vouchers can be applied to a single order. All reward orders can not be paid for in any other method besides for vouchers provided by Mr Travel Planner. Vouchers have no cash value. All vouchers feature an expiration date. No vouchers can be used after the expiration date has passed. 

Earning Rewards:

Earning rewards points can vary depending on the services booked by Mr Travel Planner. You may request the earning rate at the time of booking your travel. However, if changes or cancellations are made to your reservations, then the points earning rate may also change. You will receive a letter with your rewards vouchers, or an email within 30 days of your travel. In certain situations, you may be entitled to earn rewards on standalone photo orders with Mr Travel Planner that do not include the purchase of travel. Standalone photo orders that are eligible for rewards will receive their appropriate certificates along with the photo order.
